Ambrovit, with nearly 30 years of experience in the distribution of screws and bolts, has decided to put these people at the center of its new campaign, “Undercover Heroes.”
An initiative that celebrates employees, the true stars of corporate success, showing the public the importance of working behind the scenes
The “Undercover Heroes” campaign is born from Ambrovit’s desire to tell an authentic story of commitment, professionalism, and passion, revealing the human face of the company, giving voice and recognition to those who quietly contribute to its success.
The title plays with the idea of hidden heroes: ordinary people who do extraordinary work in their everyday lives. Through a series of interviews, the campaign tells the stories of Ambrovit employees, each with their own vital role. From forklift operators to warehousemen, everyone is emphasized, showing how their contribution is crucial to the performance of the entire company.
One of the most exciting aspects of the campaign is telling the employees’ personal stories. Therefore, we meet Daniele, Luca, and Ileana, Ambrovit employees with different roles but united by the same dedication to their work.
Daniele, who has been with Ambrovit since 2007, proudly looks back on his time in the company, saying how he often stops to think about what constructions the screws he ships will be used for. Luca, on the other hand, has found in Ambrovit an opportunity to start over after moving to another city, in a welcoming environment that makes him feel confident about his professional future. Ileana also put herself to the test by changing job and today she is enthusiastic about her role, which allows her to interface with customers and always remain dynamic.
Each story has a genuine feel to it, reflecting the informal chats in which the three employees talked freely about themselves, sharing not only their working lives but also a few personal anecdotes, including their hopes and concerns for the future.
“Undercover Heroes” has already been a great success within the company: employees felt valued and recognised for their work, and spent a few hours doing something different, posing for the campaign photo shoots.
At a time when companies are increasingly trying to humanize their brands by putting people in the forefront, Ambrovit has proven to be leading the way, choosing to tell its story through the voices of the people who, every day, work in its offices or in the two Orion and Proxima warehouses.
