Fields of application

This design of the metric wing screw (code 31600) is widely used in the mechanical industry for the fixing of different iron or metal parts. The tightening process does not require any kind of tool, whether manual or electric.

Fixing can be done manually on sheets and perforated metal parts. No additional accessories are required for tapped holes. If no tapping is present, a specific nut must be used.

This screw, made with low grade steel, class 4.8, has a Cr3 3µm galvanised finish.
